WHAT WE DO

We help coffee shops optimize their everyday workflow experiences by providing a POS system designed to be your "right hand".

OUR BACKGROUND

Working at coffee shops ourselves, we (two former high school friends, Michael and Mohammed) noticed the flaws that caused trouble at the shop. So, we decided to take action - the mission was clear (and still is):

Create the User-Experience that we didn't have, the one that eliminates the unnecessary stressors, not just for us, but for the whole team.

THE APPROACH

I (Mohammed) believe a good UE starts with great communication. We asked questions, listened closely, and came up with the Barista Station that kills almost all the misunderstandings between barista and coworker.

I (Michael) believe a local cafe should not concern itself with the technical challenges in our digital world. The real value stands behind the meaningful conversations, the quality in products and in the costumer experience. That's why our system was made to handle technical complexity, financial workflows and operational logistics by providing simplicity. So the cafe owner can focus on real human interactions and the product quality. Shortly said: We are the right hand for every local cafe.
